• You’ll work one-on-one with a dedicated sales representative who will listen to your needs and create a custom CAD design for your approval.
• Your sales representative will support you every step of the way — from design and financing to final pickup or delivery — and will always be available to answer questions or address concerns, both during and after your purchase.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a custom trailer order, with the remaining balance due once the trailer is completed and prior to pickup or delivery.
• Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement; after this period, orders are considered final and are not eligible for a refund.

• In-stock trailers must be paid in full prior to pickup or shipping.
• Payment must be made by cashier’s check, wire transfer, or approved financing. Credit cards are not accepted unless previously approved in writing.

• Estimated completion dates for custom trailers are subject to change due to material availability, manufacturer delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to register the trailer with the manufacturer (if required) and follow maintenance guidelines.
